Successful People Take Action

Successful people get into the habit of taking massive action towards their goals or their projects. They have an intuitive knowledge from their past experiences and business know how so they can decide quickly what is going to work for them and what will not.

After deciding what action to take, they act immediately

They also stay with the project until it is completed or until they get some kind of result.

One of the biggest mistakes a new marketer will make online is that they don’t stick to a program until they see results. So many people are quick to jump ship and try another program. Why do so many people  seem to have attention deficit when it comes to running a business online?

If they would only realize that it takes a continued effort of doing a little bit each day. It’s not just busy work that will make the difference to your bottom line, it’s money making tasks.

Think about the daily tasks in your business that are actually marketing your business. Those are the tasks that bring traffic to your websites. They are the tasks that continually send messages to your lists. The tasks that are helping to build your lists. The daily tasks that are helping the conversion of your sales pages or opt ins to your website. The task of continually creating new products and new income streams.

There are actions that you need to take every day to keep a momentum going. The more people you reach with your message, the greater the possibility for sales. You will get more sales from 1,000 visitors than you will from 100. It’s just that simple, so you need to continually put your message out in front of your prospects or current customers and continually follow up.

Decide on a plan and make a schedule of daily money making tasks.

Here are a few self talk messages to get you going:

Whenever I begin a task, I take time to make an action plan, and then I jump right in. My plan brings me the confidence to forge ahead, knowing that I deserve great success.

When creating my plan, I divide the task into small, attainable actions. This gives me step-by-step instructions of what to do from beginning to end. When I complete the simplest of tasks first, I build a powerful forward momentum.

Even though I know my plan is sound, I don’t set it in stone. If circumstances change, I adapt with ease. Changing course from time to time is okay, just as long as I am still moving toward my goal.

If doubt creeps in, I use positive self-talk and affirmations to replace any negative thoughts I may have. This renews my confidence in my abilities.

My step-by-step action plan empowers me to overcome any challenge and accomplish any task.

Today, I choose to tackle my tasks with renewed energy and confidence. With my action plan and set of valuable tools, I can take swift action toward success.

Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What money making tasks am I delaying?
2. Have I written a daily action plan?
3. What tasks can I do myself, and what needs to be outsourced?

  1. Hi Ann,

This is really useful info, thanks. I’ve always believed smaller pieces is the key to achieving what may seem like a huge task. And you are right, floating from one thing to the next doesn’t do any good at all. Thanks for this.

    Enjoy the journey.

    Mandy

  2. Some good advice there Ann. The old journey of a 1000 steps begins with the first one, the challenge is to avoid going in circles :o )
    cheers John
